This page explains what the current website forms ask visitors to submit. It is a transparency notice while GoNfly's formal privacy policy is being reviewed; it is not a completed or legally approved privacy policy.
GoNfly must confirm its legal business details, data-retention period, data-subject request process, applicable legal basis, and all service providers before this notice can be finalised.
Information requested by the website
The enquiry form currently asks for a visitor's name, mobile number, optional email address, service requested, destination, optional travel date, number of travellers, optional approximate budget and optional message. The form asks for consent to be contacted and for submitted details to be processed.
The application tracking form asks for a GoNfly reference ID and the email address or mobile number used in the enquiry.
Why the forms ask for these details
The enquiry form is designed to let GoNfly respond to a travel or visa-service enquiry. The tracking form uses a reference ID and matching contact detail to look up an enquiry status. Do not submit passport numbers, payment-card details or other sensitive information in the free-text message field.
Systems involved
The website sends submitted enquiries to a GoNfly API hosted on Cloudflare. The API source also contains an optional Google Sheets webhook integration for enquiry records. GoNfly must confirm whether that integration is enabled in production, who can access the records, any other recipients, and the retention/deletion arrangements before this section can be finalised.

- Full legal/business name and contact address of the data controller.
- Privacy contact email or other contact route for access, correction and deletion requests.
- Retention period for enquiries and tracking records, and the deletion process.
- Whether Google Sheets synchronisation is active and the categories of people with access.
- Any additional service providers, international data transfers, analytics or cookies in use.
- The applicable legal basis, rights, complaint route and effective date for the final policy.
